Hall of Fame Nominations

The Skyline High School Booster Club is now accepting nominations for Skyline’s Hall of Fame.

Nominations are accepted in one of two categories – Distinguished Alumni or Distinguished Service. If you know of a deserving nominee, please submit the nomination form below by July 31, 2018. The inductee will be honored at the halftime of the Homecoming Game and will be recognized in the Homecoming Parade that day. A plaque with a picture of the inductee will be added to those previous honorees that hang in Skyline High School.

Area 1 – Distinguished Alumni

Give a career description of the individual and note achievements that make the Nominee worthy of induction. Include a biography with both high school and post high school achievements, special honors, and awards.

Include all background information pertaining to the Nominee’s involvement with Skyline High School and post high school success. Nominators are encouraged to supply supportive materials and documentations (copies only). Each Nominator will be required to have two (2) letters of recommendation in support of his/her nomination limited to one (1) typed page each.

Area 2 – Distinguished Service

Give a description of the distinguished service that would make the Nominee worthy of induction. Include a biography of the person and all background information pertaining to the Nominee’s involvement with Skyline High School. Nominators are encouraged to supply supportive materials and documentation (copies only). Each Nominator will be required to have two (2) letters of recommendation in support of his/her nomination limited to one (1) typed page each.
